I agree, the share price is not the issue at all. It is the lack of action and sloppy actions of management contributing to instability and volatility that is the issue.
Much of the strength of this company has come from shareholders who have had faith through thick and thin. Shaking the confidence of those long shareholders undermines the very foundation of this company rest assured.
I question your notion of management being able to purchase cheaper shares as being a good thing...considering that those shares are being shaken from longtime loyal shareholders who have supported this company through good and bad. If what you are suggesting is true...it is unconscionable at best.
