Just to clarify, at close on 1/10/12 the SP was 1.42

Then the NR came out (late on 1/10/12)

we then remember that at the close 1/11/12 the SP was 0.84

Since then, probably (with sculpin at the healm) - was able to march the SP back up over a $1.00. I'm not sure who else was instrumental.
