CTV and BNN Connection

Does anyone know what the connection, if any between CTV and BNN is?

I'm just wondering if our newly appointed Director,Donald Bastien, Senior VP and General Manager of CTV Montreal, might have some influence in getting us some much coveted exposure on BNN.
