I don't think those that have expressed their concerns over the buying over the last few days are at all concerned if people are getting a better deal than they did. The concern is not if, but who is accumulating the shares and how it appears to be getting done.

there are two types of concerns that have been expressed in different ways...and all of which to some degree require a leap of logic to produce each individuals opinion on the matter...simply because there are many unknowns.

The two types of concerns are business and ethical.

The business concern relates to controlling interest in the company...both from an operational aspect and in the ability to fend off hostile advances.

As has become clear from the many posters who have suggested that they or thier respective groups have not sold a share and in fact to small degrees have increased thier holdings...it appears that they are not the ones selling or buying the significant chunks...I have yet to see anyone post anything regarding new retail investors coming on board in any significant volume.

What this tells me is the shares that are being sold are longs who are not willing to see thier entire paper profits melt away, scared investors who are cutting losses(capital preservation), and likely to some degree shorters(to what degree is all speculation, but rest assured there are some at least playing the other side of the fence)...certainly there is also a reaction to the recent NR in the form of a market correction(to what degree is unknown).

The shares are being bought by someone...this IS the concern...the strength of the company lies in the long retail investor...every share that goes into the hands of ANYONE that does not have the shareholders best interest in mind is a concern.

The ethical concern...

Again it is not if the shares are being bought cheaper it is who is being forced to sell and who is buying the shares. This company has been supported in large part by hard working, salt of the earth type individuals that in good faith invested various levels of their life savings. I should preface by saying...I do beleive any adult that invests in the markets should be prepared to lose, I harbour no illusions that anyone is owed anything for their risk. IF however anything has been done to deliberatly drive the SP down to shake loose shares from those who have stayed the course for so long with much invested...and then to be bought up by anyone who does not have the shareholders interests in mind, it is an ethical concern for me.

As I said before it requires one to fill in the blanks to paint your own conclusion...however as some might suggest to wait until we have ALL information at hand, and while it is true to a certain extent, keep in mind when yo assemble a puzzle it doesn't require the last piece to know its a pretty polar bear...only key pieces are necessary before you know in your mind without a doubt.

I urge everyone for the sake of thier personal futures to remain diligent in taking in all information good, bad and otherwise, be rational with your thinking, be certain of your conclusions and never be an apologist for anyone...remember as a wise man told me today...in the markets we all swim with sharks.

Just one man's opinion,

S.
