With all due respect the new geo's should not be simply appointed to the Board by the President / CEO, and two other Board members one of whom is the pal of the CEO. I beleive that if new people are to be placed on the Board this needs to be done in a transperant manner that respects the requirements of the shareholders who have many questions and concerns of the present governance of this company.
