Absolutely. Gray and Brophy have both verified releases as a qualified person.

A good Geologist does not necessarily make a good director. Bain is a financial imbecile if you look at his history selling shares. Is this a guy you want directing your company. I don't know enough about St James.

As insiders what rules apply to their ability to buy or sell shares?
