The DD we have done involves too many reputations, the property is real, does have gold on it and I know one person thats been on it. I don,t care what China goldbug said, this is not for a PP and this is manipulation to accumulate and/or knock the price down as low as they can get it. This will happen sometimes before an offer presents itself, but I don,t think this is the case right now. I would lean tio someone trying to knock the price down to accumulate. We are too strong for any major to even think of trying to knock the price down before an offer, because the offer would not be accepted around a $3 or $ level. The major may be oblivious to our shareholder strength, in that case, they may try this technique, but it would be futile.

Our CEO just lost $40 million dollars off the value of her company the last few days, thats 20%. A CEO should have concerns with this development and address it immediately.
