You have valid points,IMO, the quicker Lori proves this up, the lesser the risk. I think its very possible that nationalization will come eventually, but most likely it would take years to impliment to a satisfactory degree, and the realization of losing tremendous amounts of investment dollars would most likely keep this at bay for a longer period of time.
