One of the reasons I like the situation with China is simple. If there's truth to any rumors of an American conglomorate possibly being interested in Tesoro then the fact that China may show interest falls perfectly into the situation. If Tesoro assays show promise then 2 interested parties will only speed up the process. Its called greed. I hope they find a 3rd legitimately interested party, maybe Russia for eg.
