Silverback & all posters, remember we are not on here 100% of the time, so I just had a look at the posts from this morning.

And yes, you are correct, the post was a violation, and I processed it as so. The poster will receive a warning.

Also please realize, the Hub Leaders do not have the ability to remove posts, or Ban, any posters with the Vice President staus or above. All we have the ability to do is what I just did, and that's process the violation as a warning.

Also please remember, from any of the posters from the past that have been banned, 99% of the people on this board would not have a chance to see why we took the actions we took, due to the fact that the post would have been already pulled, and not for public viewing.

I guess everyone on the board just has to trust that we are doing our best monitoring the board best we can, while we still manage our work schedules & our family time.
