2.5.3 S

TRUCTURALINTERPRETATION

The

previously documented Northwest Southeast Structural Vein Corridor, which hosts the major gold rich quartz veins, was well explained by the subvertical resistivity features andNorthWestgradient zones interpreted from the 2D DC MT resistivity and IP chargeability plan maps and sections.

According to St. Elias Minesreferences(per.comm.August,2010)thisstructuralcorridoris the most significantzone hostingthemajorityofthemineralizedvein systemsdelineatedin theproperty. The corridor includes the major gold rich discoveries referred to as.“Zona Canchete.”, .“Zona Central.”, .“Zona Sur. and.“Zona Incognito.”.

From the DC IP MT plan and section interpretation, at least twelve unexplored major lineaments were successfully delineated in the property(Figure2 12). The major lineaments are potentially associated to large scaleshearzones, faultsand othergeologicalfeaturessuch assubvertical contacts, dyke intrusions,

etc. These trends are possibly related to the major structures of the proposed mesothermal system in the property. I

As you can see from the above excerpt from the Quantec report, Quantec says they found at least 12 more major lineaments that the company knew nothing about. It should be pretty exciting when Lori tells us what was found in the vicinity of these new faults.
