I think it was BOW2U mentioned a situation a while back where an exploration company received x # of dollars per share from another company and while it sounded good, he said it was more important to look at the number of outstanding shares to tell the real story of how well the investors profited. My question as a new comer to this sort of investment is ... when you look up SLI on the TSX.V under total shares is that the same as outstanding shares ?
