I would agree Silver, that she did not know the results of these assays at that time. Although paid for, it does not mean she was in actual reciept of them or knew their contents. Since the PP has been closed, around Oct 7th, she most likely asked for them the day after she announced the blackout. She could be sitting on a very powerful bit of info at this stage if good.
