Total number of shares the SLI Agoracom users control

Does any one have any idea of how many SLI shares we all control as a combined group? If anyone has a way of calculating that number we could publish the approximate number to help Lori and ourselves feel more secure about fighting off any low ball offers after the results are reported (hopefully shortlly). Any ideas or legal concerns ? JW
