Dividends

As a member, I know this subject has been brought up before. I have read all the threads on dividends that have been discussed but cannot seem to find clarification on what amount it would be and at what time you had to be a shareholder to qualify for dividends. If I could get some assistance on this I would greatly appreciate it. Horrah SLI! In it for the long haul!
