Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I wouldn,t be so concerned about when the deep drilling gets done. It would, for sure, be nice to know whats deep below. But, its the near surface info, 500m up, thats gonna get the major,s attention. This is most likely why Lori chose not to release the shallow info so quick, because it wouldn,t give her the time to get the deep drilling done and fully understand how much gold was there before offers started coming. She said she is strategic, and this is pure evidence of it, in my opinion.
Majors today are looking for easy, near surface deposits to buy. They want deposits that they can move in quick and start producing. Its excellent for us to have deep additional gold, but the main attraction is the near surface stuff. If Lori were to put out trenching and near surface drill results that were good, you would see one of the 2 majors that are interested in us, make a move. Lori knows this, and that is most likely why she is holding back all info regarding any sampling of the Tesoro. She cannot get maximum value for us and herself, if a low ball offer of $50 per share comes in, and the majority accepts it, and she knows the property may be worth 5 times that. Sure, it looks like the majority of us are faithful, but I don,t think she takes that for granite, which is good.
Its starting to look to me that any and all sampling results from the last 18 months til now, must be real good, and she is afraid to release any of them, in fears that they may prompt an offer. I have said on here before, that several majors most likely have a good idea of what we have, and are just waiting, like I, to get some more numbers to fit into the equation. Its not gonna take much to validate what everyone is thinking. As little as news on a couple more surface test responses of the Quantec, in different areas of the property, at ozs/t could even do it. All these majors need is proof, that they are not buying speculation, for their own investors and financing arms, and they will make their move. We are in a precarious time, Lori knows this and it explains her actions, at least to me.
As BOW has shown, it takes a very small grade of gold, to make this a huge deposit. With ounces per ton popping up at surface in several different areas of this property on what has been explored even after the informales have left, speaks huge. A mean grade of around .4 g/t from trenching areas will be huge, if in correlation to any of the anomalies. I guess what I am saying is, that I only need a couple more clues, to know whats there. Lori probably already does know, thats why she told the Forbes guy, "now!"
This is all speculation on my part, but it does fit.
