It was asked. Lori's response was yes they are still pursuing the AMEX listing. She was told by her legal advisers in the USA that she should get the Havilah issue resolved first before the AMEX application or she would incur double expenses for everything in the application process.

Now that the Havilah deal has shareholder approval she has to get it legalized (see notes in circular above going to the courthouse today) and then she implied SLI will continue the AMEX application process.
