Lori is a CEO of a company, its her duty to shareholders to be there. She will most likely answer all the questions, to walk away from them would be ridiculous and contradict when she says in several places about increasing shareholder value. She will justify her self at this meeting and do what is expected of a CEO of a publicly traded company.
