If you want an executive perform give them some goals to acheive. Don't give them options at the current price or there is no incentive to acheive higher goals. That's simple business sense. I have no problem if Lori becomes a multi,multi millionaire. I just want to make sure she gives the other shareholders who have supported her the same oportunity by giving Lori the incentive to work harder to get there! JW
