Not sure where these guys get some of their info from, but the Russ Dratwa Newsletter, dated Nov 07, 2011 states that Management owns approx 33% of the outstanding shares.

The Mining Stock Report, that we've also been talking about lately, states the same number (33%), and is dated Aug 16, 2011. It said at that time there was 127 Million fully diluted shares, so that tells me, these reports are saying Management holds approx 42 Million shares?

I'm thinking Not! I think the decimal point is out at least 1 spot. Possibly the numbers could give you 3%, but it's sure not 33%.

I wish I could inflate the next Anomaly calculation by that much! LOL
