Hi Astoria,

Let me expand a bit on my post, and your words below;

"1)Somehow, I don't see Lori providing us with a NR just because we want her too.

2)She strikes me as the kind of person who calculates every step, and is not easily intimidated."

1)I am not trying to say she should just give us news because we want it. What I am trying to say is that she should feel obligated and compelled to give us something. She has held out on material news for so long that I can,t see how she can continue doing this without some kind of explanation to shareholders very soon. There are exemptions under the Timely Disclosure Policy, but they are very few and point to something of great significance.Sooner or later, she will not only have to answer to us shareholders, but the regulators as well if this continues. Its apparent she is satisfying the regulators at this time, so that tells me her reasons for withholding material info for long periods of time, are good. If it was for bad reasons, she would not have did the PP and anything bad would have had to be disclosed to the public.

2) I agree with this statement. That is why I can,t see Lori not releasing news before the AGM or at least an explanation of why. Where she calculates every step, I beleive she would also calculate the impact no news may have on the voting. I don,t beleive she should feel intimidated by the voting, rather an understanding for her shareholders and the well being of the company going forward. She must know by now that we stand behind her, and that the lack of news is causing uncertainty and nervousness among the investors. Especially where it was said in the summer that news would be frequent. She is obligated to be responsible and accountable to all the shareholders and its this obligation that is the very dynamics of my thoughts.

You also have to understand that the first samples were taken on May 31st, thats over 5 months. You can get assays back in as little as 3 weeks, with 2 months being acceptable. There were supposed to be bulk samples taken from the trenching, and most likely sent to Dynacor for processing. In the past, turn around time for bulk samples were pretty quick. Some companies can set on all results and release them at once when finished, which could be 6-8 months. I guess Lori intends to release all results at once as stated in the nr below, but before that nr, I was under the impression we would get them as they recieved them, hence the steady flow of news mentioned in Aug.

An agressive drill program that started around Aug 17 th testing shallow targets should be around 64% complete, being conservative. The trenching appears to be done prior to Oct 19 ,this news release below, because there is no mention of it.

I would be happy to get a release on where the $363 for samples on "other" Peru were taken, and what they contained. I would be happy to see if the trenching uncovered more auriferous veins. I would be happy to see her talk of the Cactus Zone results and the other new found gold zones. I would be happy to hear how many bulk samples were sent to Dynacor. Just little things like that until the big stuff comes, there were so many NR,s that she could have put out in the last year announcing little things that are part of the bigger picture and I deem important.I know I am different than most here because I long for this info to fit into the big picture, I get restless and that is one of my faults. But, I wouldn,t have been this restless if I had known back in july/Aug that all results were gonna be released at once when completed.
