The house is now in order. Which IMO is a wise thing to do rather than get an offer and have it take months and months and months to do all this work that has been done up front.

As another put it to me. Havilah happened because having Canadian and Peruvian properties together was becoming a bookkeepers nightmare....to which I completely agree.
