Well I disagree, if we are going to vote on the spin of the BC properties and it could effect share value.(which is very unlikely) why wouldn't Lori black out insiders who may speculate on share value raising or falling and possibley have the appearance of inside information. The black out was implimented for a reason and I don't beleive current news releases provide much insight. IMO
