Hi wox, I value your opinion as always. But for me personally to decide how to vote on certain points of the circular, I need a bit more info. We don,t get the updates we should have, I would like to see Lori show us why she did this. For example, if the reason why Lori did not update us on material news was because of negotiations or such, I am ok with that. If she didn,t update us because she didn,t have time or something like that, that is falling into the Timely Disclosure Policy , and that would have to be addressed. It is certainly not acceptable to hold back material news for over a year, when the policy says 10 days is an appropriate time limit.

Also, many may not vote for the stock option increase, IF they don,t see where Lori has done the work to be worthy of them. I beleive Lori has done the work and probably more, but the thing is, again we are only speculating on this, and the investors need facts. If the stock options are not approved because Lori hasn,t justified her with holding of material news, the company may not move forward at an even pace, but may languish . So, I am waiting on her justification, before casting my votes.
