I am putting the answer to your question right here on this forum. Some may think that I should have answered it in a pm to you, but I think not! I am putting the answer on this board because there are many new investors being directed here to learn. Thats what we were doing all along on this forum until.., we all learn from each other. And the other thing, it cuts down the clutter so that maybe the same question is not asked multiple times in the future.

The exchange will issue a halt if Lori requests one and thinks news is worthy of a halt. Lori may also decide not to halt the stock, and just release the news. Its her choice.
