Message: Havilah

Just some comments on Havilah and the circular. Anyone feel free to opine, especially on the opening price for Havilah, I need help on that one.

This is just my interpretations on some things found in the circular, don,t take them as gosple, and I have heard lawyers say that lawyer jargon messes up their heads if its something they didn,t write theirselves.(the line about the lawyers is meant to be a joke)

I see we are voting on a shareholders right plan for Havilah right out of the gates. An excellent plan to have in place as soon as possible, and I commend management on being very competent in this respect.

It is my understanding that we will be getting share certificates for our Havilah shares when they come. I could be wrong on this. But, if we are, I don,t beleive these new shares will show up in your online accounts anywhere and you won,t be able to trade them until you exchange the certificates for shares. I beleive there is a hold period before you can do this, and it takes time after you do it, to get these shares deposited to your account. Somebody that knows more about this could elaborate?

I thought I had seen in the circular that Havilah shares would start trading on the venture at .30. I went back through the circular and couldn,t find it. I did see reference on how the value may be calculated and tried a couple numbers. I came up with .09 or .15. So, I don,t trust anything that I tried to do to see what the shares will trade at on opening day. Could anyone in this field of work tell us what these will be priced at?

It says in the circular, that one of the reasons for spinning out Havilah was; to free up management to focus their time on the Peruvian properties. But when you look at management for Havilah, its the same as SLI now? Kinda of a contradictory statement. Maybe this is just a preliminary management? Maybe another management will be elected/appointed over time, and who would it consist of? IMO, nothing will further be done on the B.C. properties until spring next year depending on snowfall because the time everything gets finalized for Havilah, it will be around Nov 28 th. So, Havilah would not be taking time away from management until at least spring and they could remain focused on Peru. Another thought, maybe we won,t have any Peruvian properties left to sell, come spring time? As far as I know, we can work on all the Peruvian properties year round advancing them all closer to a ready for sale status. Keep in mind that recent merger & aquistion activity by majors involves them buying speculation and under developed properties. The race is on by these big miners to replenish reserves, and if they leave good potential projects(like our Tesoro) just lying around, someone else might grab them in a feeding frenzy. This is why I think a big guy could step out from behind the curtain at anytime.

Just some thoughts and opinions, nothing really concrete.
