Ok. Seems to be very confusing. At first I thought we would get 1:20 shares or 1/20th of the total value of our shares. Which would for obvious reasons cause SLI management to keep SP low. Then when I re-read it I thought we had to be paid out fair value for all our shares and thus no longer be SLI owners. This third interprtaion makes the most sense. But now I have more questions then answers. Lol
