That raises an eyebrow for me also. I wonder though, if direction has changed and the intent was to develope the mineral properties, what is the reason for dividing the properties with the creation of Havilah? If I recall correctly the consenus among posters was that the purpose of Havilah was to better position SLI for the sale of Tesoro. Of course we're all speculating..just a thought.
