Too true Mrs C. In another life I used to be a LaCrosse coach. I used to take more hits than the players on the floor. Primarily from the teams parents. My philosophy was "suck it up", as long as we're winning more than we're losing I'll do what I'm doing.

And I guess that's my advce to the Board Leaders. If you're convinced you're doing what is best for the team, then suck it up and get ready to shake off the next hit. It only hurts for a little while.
