As lb7 said hog spoke with Murry and confirmed that this weeks NR was not the one the blackout was intended for. Blackouts expire one full trading day after a NR or if something happens during a blackout that the company does not need to be in one. ie: if you are buying a company and the deal falls through for what ever reason. This is not the case here.
