Based on what Murray said recently, the Amex Listing will not happen until the Havilah deal is spun out. The Havilah deal cannot be spunout until the vote at the AGM. Therefore, I do not see Lori releasing news until after the AGM, the Havilah deal is done and the Amex listing is up and running. She would want to get maximum bang for the buck so to speak, and have the news hit the Canadian and American markets at the same time. There may not be much news till after the AGM, but what is 3 more weeks when you have been waiting years for this to happen? Everything has a reason for happenning and we just have to be patient as hard as that is!!
