Fellow investors,

What I think is happening now with our company is comparible to a butterfly breaking out of its cocoon. There is a good possibility that this company may break out of this cocoon in the coming months providing assays are what we expect and IF we see an offer. Even if these things don,t materialize, we still have a significant company with so many paths it can choose from in the future. The problem right now is that we are growing and wiggling inside that cocoon, we are changing and are having growing pains as this happens. Its only natural and part of the growing process. Murry said it would be a "rocky road", and he is right. We have come so far by staying together and dealing with things as a family and it would be a shame, and a setback to loose the very strength that brought us to this place in time.

There are legitimate concerns out there and if they are what some here suspect, they will need to be addressed. Our greatest strength is unity, if we get erratic and don,t stay focused and unified, we stand to lose our lifeline that will get us through this stage. We have a large family here on this forum, and last count on Water haulers post, indicates 120 or so have a great interest here. Thats a strong force, and when you add up the votes that may be represented by those 100 or so shareholders, the have a voice that can be recognized. If we cut that force in half by being divided on a speculative issue, we just lose our strongest quality, unity.

We can,t help to move our company forward the way this board has become over the last while. We can,t address some of the questions/arguments here until we have all the facts. Can I ask of the investors interested to just calm down and wait to see if we get some more facts, so that we can make rational decisions TOGETHER.

I wouldn,t be making this stupid post on some message board if I didn,t beleive WE have something here worthy of what I say. The potential here can,t be denied at this point in time, and apparently most of us think that way and think that this company is worthy of our extra time to help it grow, and grow right. I beleive management has something on their plate that they never imagined until the last year or so. This is just a small venture company that could be sitting on something bigger than any of the biggest miners have. To make a leap like that, without time for adjustment, leaves the window open for so many things to go wrong. If things go wrong because of wrong directions, everyone, including us shareholders will suffer. With so much now possibly at stake in the near future, I don,t think its prudent for us to rock the boat if everything is going right. We need more facts before we step in and try to do our part, if we have to step in. May I suggest we be rational, united and a little more patient in these next few days until we can gather the facts.

IMO
