Management is now in blackout. Company adopted policy, to the best of my knowledge is;

No trading at LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE news and 3DAYS AFTER NEWS.

To disect that and make it well understood;

The blackout could last 2 weeks BEFORE the FIRST news came out; in our case,it came out on the third trading day falling right into place with policy. The policy above, can have several OR many days in between the first 2 and the last 3. This being said, Lori now does not have to wait 2 days, if she were to get news, she can release it in hours. Having said that, 1 news release or multiple could come at any second, one could come before I finish this post.

I don,t think you will see much selling tomorrow, or the next bit for that matter, BECAUSE there is too much pending news to come, trenching, maybe drill results and god knows what else.

IMO, getting 100% ownership of the possible world class gold deposit of the VILCORO, didn,t constitute a blackout and wasn,t considered material news, which could mean billions to the company, the news must be great thats coming!
