It appears it was an iceberg ask. Sometimes done to hold a stock down or a large position trying to liquidate without showing the full size of the block so it doesn,t look intimidating. The fact that it was marked suggests to me that it most likely was the former reason. I can,t see anybody purposely selling now. This is just my opinion and others may interpret it differently.
