To go by regulation and SLI policy. I beleive a blackout is instituted 2 days BEFORE material news being released and 3 days AFTER the release of news. So,if we use these guidlines, we should now be at the earliest time for a release. What I am saying is that the mininum required trading days is in. As someone else stated though, it could be days before a release.
