Great insite. Why would you not want to reward the management of a company that made you multiple $$$$ on a venture stock investment. They were the ones who put in all the "Blood Sweat and Tears" to make this venture good for all of us. To me that justifies the reward they ask for. Its not like we are giving it to them---they earned it, and if we allow them a bit of an incentive they will continue to do the same.

Murry and Alice sold their house to keep this investment from going into the tube when the market crashed a couple of years ago. Still live in an apartment, and positive as you can get. Would YOU have done that.

Hope we don't trip over dollars to pick up pennies, ---pay the management well and they will look after your investment,---get cheap on them,-- and they will only look after themselves. As Silver said, no different that anyone would do.
