GPS Coordinates on the 43-101 report

This might have been discussed previously but I wasn't able to find the topic. Someone mentioned to me that the coordinates on the 43-101 report for the Tesoro property are wrong. I entered 15 11' 16" N Latitude; 74 25'16" West Longitude into Google Earth and it went to the Carribean Sea.

I did find some previous posts that provided some coordinates, but I was wondering if anyone came across this issue on the 43-101 report?
