Message: Hints?

Primed and I had about an hours discussion via telephone today about SLI. The report he posted apparently just came out from some venue that unofficially promotes stocks. I am unimpressed by it and dissapointed by its outdatedness. Nevertheless, it wasn,t orchestrated by SLI and helps to create a little more awarness.

Anyhow, the above is not the purpose of this post and I will now get to the point.

The news release of Aug 31 st about us optioning the Chance E to Intigold. I have gone back over it a couple times and seem to pick out what could be taken as hints.

1)Geological information, together with Titan 24 geophysical data and satellite imagery, confirms that structural lineaments which are coincident with gold mineralization on Tesoro Project extend onto the Chance E Claim.

1) When I read the sentence above from the NR, two words pop out at me, they are "confirms" and "extend". For the Titan to play its part in confirming that the linements extend onto the Chance E, wouldn,t a geophysical HAVE to be done right up to the northern boundary of Chance E ? By my calcs, our last Titan fell short of that boundary by about 400m. Again with the "Geological information", no public info supports this YET. "Satellite imagery" does suggests that it extends there, but sampling of the structures would have to be done to "confirm" it does. The post I put on last night about $363 for assays in the "other Peru" column is probably related to the above.

Lori has been contiuously holding back info ever since our technical report Sept/2010. It wouldn,t surprise me if much, much more is being held back. She has been raising money, the last PP part of it, the continuous exercising of options and warrants, BUT, we are starting to see evidence where she is not wasting it and only creating more value for us shareholders. How much more value has she created that we don,t know anything about yet? It looks like something may have been done close to the Chance E.

We have some surface sample results reported in the Tech report that are the closest to the Chance E boundary that I can find. These results appear to be approx 300-400 meters north of that boundary, there are 5 gold samples graded and here they are;

6.94 g/t 47.5 g/t 2.13 g/t .59 g/t 50.46 g/t

Still, Lori uses the words extend and confirm, so IMO she is saying we have done work there to back up the claims.

2)“St. Elias continues to negotiate a variety of property deals that we are confident will create additional value for shareholders.

2) The word "continues" and "variety", IMO is suggestive of not just optioned properties. We have already received the news about the spinout PRIOR to this NR, so I don,t think she is talking about that. We also know we now own 100% of the Vilcoro, so its not that. What could she be talking about?

3)“The aggressive drill programs at Tesoro for 2011 are aimed at revealing the discovery premiums that we feel are hidden in our substantial portfolio of quality gold properties.”

3) Did she make a typo in this statement? The word "programs", plural, I thought we were only doing ONE drill program on or around the Tesoro? Or, has there been more going on again, that we know little about?

I am still hanging off Lori,s word "NOW", when she answered the last question the Forbes interviewer asked.

The above is only my opinion and maybe I am seeing things that are not really there. I would appreciate comments and thoughts on this post to see what others are thinking.
