Here is a link to mining 101 videos. There are various videos there and is a good instructive session for new comers and old alike. You never stop learning.

Even though the video I have the site opened at is about silver, you can draw parrallels with a gold company and see where our valuation is about to get bigger, because of the stage we are at.
