There is no way Lori could justify keeping billions of dollars from investors, the regs won,t allow it, plus there are proceedings shareholders can take to battle that type of thing. Lori would not sell us out short, there is too many other great things that could happen after a property sale, and she needs us as much as we need her to take the rest of our companies to the max.There is too much for everyone to gain after a Tesoro sale, that no body in their right mind would want to jeopardize. So, in some form or another, most of the proceeds from the sale have to be distributed to the shareholders. A special one time dividend is just one way of doing this.

To get this ball rolling good, we need a buyer, and until one comes along, no dividend. But keep in mind, a buyer could come at anytime as soon as results start being released. And as results are released, if they are as good as we suspect they will, our sp will probably just keep rising, or in an upward trend, until a buyer shows up. If this is a big as we think, a buyer will come at some time, really, a buyer cannot afford not to buy what may be one of the biggest gold strikes in history. So, I say chances are good that we will find a buyer.

We are in a different position with SLI than a normal gold explorer. The technology we used combined with the bonanza grades we have on the Tesoro puts this company at the very top of its class and really cannot be compared with other small gold companies(or maybe even big miners). I know, because I read countless news releases from miners and explorers everyday, I will say that I can count the fingers on my two hands of the companies in the world that I know of that may have what we may have.
