Have you been peeking in on Lori's master plan. This fits in on what a lot of posters on this hub have been saying---St Elias --The Gift That Keeps On Giving.

What a PERFECT way to make that happen. Get dividends on all of our properties for the rest of our lives. Got my vote.!! So don't sell your shares folks, cuz dividends are only paid on shares that you own---not on shares you sold. At $2 per share, you don't need too many dividend cheques to get your money back. And--you'll still have your shares to sell--when you get tired of getting dividend cheques.!!!!
