The budget for the work you mention can be found in the 43101 report (Page 40). Bottom line it was split into different sections (Phase 1A - 1E)

Phase 1B (mapping and sampling included 2000 samples), and Phase 1C (trenching included 4000 samples)

The 10,000 M drilling program is also included. The total budgeted cost for the entire 1A - 1E was $2,502,800. Even say they go over and the total costs came to $3 Million, that's a bunch of exploration.

So, you have a very good question:

What do they need the $4.5 Million for? That would go a very long ways!
