Well along with being a directional hand i did core for a yr. In my experience it would depend on the size of rig, size of core, pump volume, problems that cause down time, the geology, the type of bit, how many times the core jam's off at the shoe, the staff. But if they dont have it cut by now then i need to go down there and do it myself i guess. LOL!! Should have been more than enough time but here in the oil patch in Canada we do things 3 times faster because of experience and the equipment. Coring typicall in the foothills here in Alberta can be done in 27m sections, using a jambuster configuration(type of core barrel from Baker Hughes) you should be able to core at 2 to 3 m/hr at 1500m TVD (True Vertical Depth), the shallower the faster. Obviously the deeper you go, the harder the rock, the slower but i would think that in this time they should be almost if not done.
