I say we are over due for some assays.
We started trenching on May 17th with first samples of approx 200 being collected by May 31st. If this first batch was sent away June 1st, 4 months is plenty of time to get results. So these should be coming at anytime.
We started drilling on Aug 17th and should have completed at least 8 holes by now at 300 m each. It is possible the first 2 holes were sent to the lab around Sept 1st. If we give 6 weeks for assays, that puts us to Oct 15 th for the earliest drill assays. Due to the vagueness of the NR,s, its possible we were drilling in June, but we should use the Aug 17 th date.
If we drilled down through the anomaly and saw visible gold in the drill core, we don,t need a lab to tell us they are good. A visible inspection of the core taken from the anomaly with visible gold would suffice in giving Lori an estimate grade of the anomaly. It is possible that a 300 m core from the anomaly could contain 1 g/t grade right through it with seeing any gold. This would require waiting for assays to see if we have the 1 g/t or better.
There are so many samples from bulk, surface, and the tech report from back as far as last summer that has never been reported on. Those samples would contain very valuable info that we could have added to our bigger picture here, but because of this, we are at a disadvantage on this board in getting closer to what we may actually have. So, Lori is most likely walking around with the TRUE picture in her head and we have to wait until she is ready to reveal it. Though she did say in her interview that the time is more or less now.
IMO
