Here's is a little tid bit from an Amarok May 10th, 2011 news release "update", hopefully Cueva Blanca is 100% all ours and we are not in a legal dispute with them on this property. sheds alittle more light on this.
On June 1, 2011 Intigold Mines ltd. (“IntiGold”) signed an option agreement with St. Elias Mines Ltd., has the right to earn a 60% interest (subject to a 1.5% NSR in favour of St. Elias) in the Cueva Blanca Project. The remaining 40% interest in the Cueva Blanca Project is a carried interest to production.
Here's a section of the release:
Cueva Blanca Peru: The company received notification from St. Elias in late April, 2011 that it had terminated the letter agreement entered in to between the parties dated April 16, 2010. Amarok has been working towards the signing of a formal operating agreement on this property over the past year. The company is currently considering its options surrounding this situation.
