That's a lot of questions.

Lori sold 1 million shares at $2 in a private sale. I would suggest she might need the money to buy millions more in options before they expire or a halt occurs. She improved her position without hurting the share price.

Anybody can sell shares anytime they wish. That's not nonsense, it's reality.

Someone has posted previously how many shares management has, I'm not going to look it up. Suffice it to say it is in the tens of millions.

Why would management buy share on the open market when they have options at a much lower price still on the table?

Amex rules stipiulate something about staying above $2 for a certain period of time, not sure if the odd dip is a problem, I don't think so. If that were the case I could sell a single share for 1.99 to keep a stock off the AMEX. Not likely.

Agreed a high share price is better than a low one, unless you plan on improving your holdings. Remember, most of us are in this for the big payday once we prove resources in the ground. Share price is just a purchase price until then. If you want out before the big find then I would suggest a high share price matters more.

A good place to start happened years ago when these properties were attained. The rest is a process.
