well imo the end of the month starts tomorrow and the beginning of the month would b the first week of oct. thats a 2 week buffer zone. i would think something would b out by then... that is what we were told. lets see if it rings true. ( i do realize there could be some fuctuation as far as the timeline) When i spoke with murray last it did seem as though he was quite confident about the end of this month. ;).
