Just a thought!!

Could be all wet , but--- If Lori has options from a while ago when shares were valued at .50 cents, and she needed the cash to purhase those options-- 4 million shares at .50 cents that would cost her $2,000,000 dollars.

NOW--- the cash she got from the private sale of 1,000,000 shares at $2 per share just happens to equal $2,000,000 dollars---but she has 4 times more shares for the same dollars ----and voting control over that many more shares as well.

Please correct me if I'm wrong --but--- I know that if it was me making that decision---well-Quack ---Quack -nuff said. IMO
