You're correct mikxx1, there are so many things we're not considering, and I really think we're being ultra conservative. I dug up an old post I did, and it lists many of those factors, we don't even consider. In this example, the Zona Sur Anomaly (you mention) has a $25 value on it (not scaled 68% however, like the Zona Central) :
With the price of gold going up & up, and all the work that has been going on @ the Tesoro Property (Extensive trenching, etc), I justed wanted to put out a refresher (parts of an old post) about realizing the potential share price, and to remind people to be thinking about what they might think a "good", or a "low ball" offer might be. We've posted potential share price, takeout examples, etc, but still you get so many thinking $20 or $30 would be so nice to see, and no doubt, it would be nice to see, and possibly a good place to take a little off the table, but IMO, that's it. Recap of potential share price, and remember this is all at 1 gram per T (even though we averaged 29 g/T) & $150 per OZ gold in the ground (even though the average takeout price of the 4 examples I had posted previously was very close to $800 per OZ, and gold has increased considerably since these numbers) & scaled by 68% !! Zona Central = $133 per share Zona Sur = $25 per share (this number was not scaled) East side of Tesoro = not accounted for C1 Vein = not accounted for Zona Incognito = not accounted for Remaining 5000 Acres = not accounted for 12,000 acres extra land claims (surrounding the Tesoro Property) = not accounted for Cueva Blanca = not accounted for Vilcoro = not accounted for BC properties = not accounted for Bottom Line: I think Kherson's Quote has been correct all along ("The Perfect Storm") and we're only getting closer & closer each day!Refresher
