Hi all! We are new to posting but have been watching the SLI forum on Agoracom with keen interest, reading and learning as we are not experienced investors. The Tesoro Project is certainly an exciting ride! A question that we have however concerns dividend payments and perhaps this has been discussed in another thread but we are unable to quickly locate an answer. It appears to us that Lori is strategically positioning SLI's properties in such a way that the company itself will not sell but rather the individual properties, hence resulting in a dividend payment to the shareholders. We understand that the company must retain a certain amount to finance the exploration of other properties but is SLI required to pay out a certain percentage as dividends? How is that determined?
